Before we employ our hot water extraction, we pay special attention to all identified spots and stains and treat them accordingly, at no extra charge. We make sure your area rug is thoroughly dried before it is back in your home. We know you have a busy schedule which is why we offer area rug pick up and delivery at no extra charge, Monday through Saturday. In order to maintain your area rug properly, you should vacuum thoroughly at least once per week, or in high traffic areas two to three times per week. After spills, clean quickly and carefully.
