Important Tips To Clean Up Spills

1. Never Use Bleach

Bleach can remove a lot of stains, unfourtunately it will also remove the colour from your carpet. Many household cleaners also include bleach, avoid the urge to use these products.

2. Act Quickly

The older the stain, the more difficult it is to remove. Absorb liquid spills immediately with clean white towel or paper towels and scrape up solid material. Work from the outside of the spot toward the center to avoid spreading it.

3. Test Solutions

We do not recommend using any household cleaners on your carpet. Always test any carpet cleaning solution first on a portion of the fiber or the carpet that is not normally visible.

4. Blot Gently​

Rubbing or aggressive blotting can cause a stain to spread or penetrate deeper. A clean white towel or paper towel allows you to see when you are no longer absorbing the spot or stain.
